The rules, plainly
Returns
You have 14 days after receiving your piece to request a return. It must be unworn, in its original box. Message us on WhatsApp or email info@blessedbangles.com and we send you the instructions.
Lifetime colour warranty
If your piece ever fades, tarnishes or rusts, send us a photo. We replace or repair it.
Damaged or wrong item
Inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged or not what you ordered.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return we confirm the refund. Approved refunds are issued within 10 working days.
